The proper use of the phone is a skill that must be taught.
Most sales people are not comfortable on the phone and therefore either use it incorrectly, or avoid it all together. Almost everything a salesperson does to generate a sale, involves the phone at some point. They need to become experts.

This class will explain how to use the phone correctly. Salespeople will learn that the phone is used to set an appointment, not to attempt a sale.
