  • What type of training programs do you offer RV dealers?
  • All our training programs are RV dealer specific, not automotive or other type of training that is simply repackaged for RV dealers. Our training is based on over 25 years of RV specific sales and management experience. We offer In-House sales and management training performed personally by the CEO/President of North American Training Solutions Inc.
    We also offer downloadable Audio training programs for sales people as well as managers. Downloadable Video training is also available for Show Selling Strategies and Phone Skills for RV Professionals. All video training is in PowerPoint form and includes the sales trainer on video. All training downloads include pdf workbooks.

  • Do you do In-House training in front of our staff at our dealership?
  • Yes. All In-House training is done personally by Chuck Morgan, CEO/President of North American Training Solutions and therefore are of limited availablity. You can contact our office to check on availablity.

  • What are your fees for In-House training?
  • Training fees are on a per day basis plus lodging and any transportation costs if needed. Minimum training time is 3 days to accomodate all sales & management staff in split sessions as well as any dealership consultation/analysis time.

  • What's so important about Tracking and why should we do it?
  • It's been said that knowledge is power. Well, it's not. The application of that knowledge is where progress and improvement lies.
    We've worked with dealers all across the US and Canada that track much of what we track. They do this because someone, at sometime, told them they were supposed to track. However, most dealers don't know what to do with the information other than a basic up count and closing ratio, and most dealers rarely have solutions to the problems they may or may not have uncovered. Success in RV sales goes beyond this basic information. It doesn't have to be complicated, but it must be valid information used for a definite purpose. If you don't know how to fix it, tracking statistics is just meaningless busy work. We know what to look for and how to fix it, so your dealership numbers improve.

  • Do you have training programs for Sales Managers?
  • Yes. Sales managers in the RV industry are sometimes a neglected area for training. We believe properly trained managers are the key to profits.
    Currently we offer RV sales manager training in Audio download form or In-House training (recommended). We do not currently have management videos available.

  • Do you offer live webinar type training?
  • Absolutely! Live online training is a great way to involve multiple locations simultaneoulsy for powerful and cost effective training. Live online training is available via Skype.

  • Where are you located?
  • Our office is located in beautiful Chino Valley, AZ near Prescott. Think Grand Canyon & Sedona!
    However, no training takes place at our facility. You can take advantage of live online training, downloadable audios and videos, or In-House training. There is no need to go through the expense of losing and transporting your staff to remote locations.

  • Where are you willing to travel for training in our dealership?
  • Anywhere within the US and Canada. Offshore training outside of North America will be considered on a case by case basis.

  • Our sales people don't like training. How will they respond to your training?
  • Because our training is unique, RV specific and delivered exclusively from an RV industry veteran who loves the RV business, our training is usually 100% accepted by your staff. We've proven it hundreds of times.
